About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADI KAPOOR REAL ESTATE SERVICE INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordination and Organization: Coordinate and organize seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as manage the flow of information within the team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as prepare minutes and reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, including updating records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, including written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
