Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and logistics metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Train and develop staff in logistics and supply chain procedures to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the team.
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition and order materials and supplies to maintain inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
