Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee operational logistics, plan and organize operational logistics, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Ensure Compliance: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
