We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics
  • Organize and maintain inventory, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Co-ordinate and assign work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and productivity
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
