We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish the work, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. They will also be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work.

The Logistics Operations Manager will also be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and organizing and maintaining inventory. They will work closely with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to develop and maintain relationships.
