Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 0943104 B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. They will also manage staff, assign duties, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Implement price and credits policies to ensure that they are fair and consistent.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the business is financially stable.
- Determine staffing requirements to ensure that the business has the necessary resources to meet its objectives.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of staff and identify areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
