Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 0943104 B.C. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, implement price and credits policies, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
