Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 0943104 B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and direct staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement policies related to pricing and credits.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and purchase merchandise for resale.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote the business.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the need for additional staff and make recommendations.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
