Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 0943104 B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Human Resources: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
