Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and making recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and report any discrepancies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
