  • Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to the proper sequence of service, demonstrating purpose, confidence, and efficiency at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and dining areas at all times.
  • Complete setup, side work, and closing duties as assigned in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Supervisor to ensure all tasks are executed thoroughly and efficiently during shifts.
  • Recognize the significance of internal hospitality and the positive team environment it fosters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in a restaurant setting, ideally in a server or bartender capacity.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (flexibility is essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Dedication to providing an outstanding customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Craft Cocktails.
  • General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits.
  • Experience in bartending with aspirations for career advancement and cross-training.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Work may be conducted indoors and outdoors.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work at elevated heights.
  • Work on potentially slippery surfaces.
  • Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and/or hazardous materials.
  • Proximity to moving machinery and vehicle traffic.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and work on a computer may be required. Lifting tasks may be necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
