Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Operations to join our team at J Peeterman Enterprises. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring optimal profitability.
Operations EvaluationEvaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed to maintain high standards.
Menu Planning and PricingModify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Daily Operations PlanningPlan and organize daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Supply Chain ManagementNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Personal QualitiesExcellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, working under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
