About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at HK Electronics Ltd as a Customer Satisfaction Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, providing information and support, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
