Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager, Financial Risk Oversight to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a key member of our Audit Division, you will be responsible for leading the 3rd line of defense audit coverage for TD Bank's Financial Risk Management environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and execute audit plans to ensure effective risk management and control
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and risk management teams
  • Lead a team of audit professionals to deliver high-quality audit services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in audit, risk management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are an asset
