About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Krishan Sethi. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting commitments.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to clients' homes, using public transportation or other modes of transportation as needed.
