About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Krishan Sethi. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Light Assistance: Assist clients with light tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, and errands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and take action as needed.
