Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality control standards.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess.
- Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Team Leadership: Establish work schedules, supervise and check the assembly of trays, and ensure the delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Participate in a government or community program that supports persons with disabilities, offering mentorship and coaching opportunities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees, assisting with settlement needs and social and labor market integration.
- Support for Youth: Participate in a government or community program that supports youth employment, offering on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people, offering mentorship and coaching opportunities.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program that supports visible minorities, applying hiring policies that discourage discrimination.
