About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Coast Mental Health. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in coordinating and maintaining the scheduling of designated staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and adjust schedules for Community Health Workers in accordance with client referrals, care plans, and applicable collective agreements.
  • Receive and document client referrals and obtain required client information.
  • Communicate, update, and inform clients regarding placement, including staff members' names, times of service, and changes to schedules.
  • Provide input into performance appraisals of Community Health Workers.
  • Review and verify Community Health Worker timesheets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Completion of Grade 12, supplemented by an Office Administration Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of recent related experience in scheduling, administrative support, or similar roles.
  • WHMIS Certification
  • Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Clearance
