Position Overview
Reporting to the Project Managers, the Field Operations Supervisor will oversee and execute various general demolition and restoration tasks at designated residential and commercial sites. This role includes providing guidance and assistance to the assigned Crew Helpers and Technicians.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure completion of projects to specifications, achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Manage work assignments within allocated units, ensuring accurate recording of materials and equipment on work orders.
  • Inspect completed work to guarantee adherence to ServiceMaster standards and client requirements.
  • Facilitate customer inspections post-completion, obtain client sign-off indicating satisfaction, and process payments for services rendered.
  • Address re-service requests promptly and courteously.
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to Crew Helpers and Technicians to ensure compliance with outlined specifications.
General Duties
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles in proper working condition.
  • Keep the interiors of vehicles clean and organized.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the business and services offered, advising customers appropriately and qualifying jobs effectively.
  • Participate in weekly production team meetings.
  • Attend necessary training workshops for the production team.
  • Assist in training new crew helpers/technicians according to ServiceMaster standards.
  • Exhibit professional conduct and appearance in all client interactions.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients when possible.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Adhere to all company workplace policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Educational Requirements

Education Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: IICRC Certifications considered an asset.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning/restoration services, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role preferred.

Equipment: Vacuum cleaners, dust-aids, portable cleaning equipment, tools.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour
