Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced setting, where attention to detail is crucial for maintaining our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
