Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Maple Leaf Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage senior staff, including directors and middle managers, to ensure effective team performance
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring a strong and positive reputation
  • Recruit and develop talent from diverse backgrounds, including newcomers and refugees, to enhance our team's skills and perspectives
  • Collaborate with indigenous communities and organizations to foster strong relationships and support economic growth
  • Implement hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education and 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
