Executive Director

At IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. They will also establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Additionally, they will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff. The Executive Director will also establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning. Furthermore, they will develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience, with a minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
