Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust and polish furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum and clean all floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping area for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure we have a sufficient supply of linens and towels.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and prevent the spread of illness.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' personal belongings are returned to them.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure their stay is enjoyable and stress-free.
