Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Delta Hotels Beausejour. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished
  • Make beds, change linens, and clean bathrooms to the highest standards
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items, and ensure all appliances are in working order
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart over uneven surfaces
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
