Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team at Holcim. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver concrete to customers in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is safe to operate.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to health and safety, including wearing personal protective equipment as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in the trucking industry, preferably with a focus on concrete delivery.
  • Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, reach, push/pull, grip, and squat as required to perform the job duties.
