- Provide administrative services, including answering questions and assisting with projects
- Support departmental operations, employee communications, and issuing employment packages
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Formal education and/or certification in a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of specialized community college education
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Understanding of the Human Resources field
- Ability to operate a computer and use software applications, including Excel
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
