Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Lorex Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to launch new products and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and campaign development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
