Job Summary

Lorex Technology is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing all product launch marketing activities. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product launch marketing plans that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, including product briefs, marketing collateral, and key messaging
  • Work with product teams to identify unique product offerings and develop marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Assist with product positioning and develop creative to be used across omni-channel
  • Execute comprehensive media campaigns across multiple platforms, including social, web, PR, and retail channels
  • Assist with content creation and development, including product briefs, marketing collateral, and key messaging
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Video Production team in conceptualizing, creating, and executing social media and video content
  • Assist with product logistics for review units for Public Relations reviews and articles
Requirements
  • University business or marketing undergraduate degree
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal skills including meeting facilitation, presentations, and employee communication
  • Demonstrated ability to craft strategic launch market plans and work with key stakeholders on development through to execution
  • Ability to quickly shift priorities and focus based on changing business needs
  • Basic Microsoft product knowledge and ability to use Adobe suite
