Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Technical Analyst, Networks to join our Network Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of our complex and diverse infrastructure, including wired and wireless data networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all aspects of our network infrastructure, including routing, switching, security, wireless, and voice.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving in areas such as performance management, network administration, network troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the stability and security of our network environment.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet the organization's needs, with a focus on delivering effective and quality technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Systems or equivalent experience in an enterprise IT organization.
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement solutions and to affect organizational change in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
