We are seeking a dedicated PFMEA Quality Analyst to join our operations quality team. This position involves contributing to product and process innovation through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee PFMEA initiatives from design through to production, ensuring effective implementation of risk mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise innovative solutions aimed at eliminating identified risks at their origin;
  • Assess and prioritize risks, providing clear rationales for their resolution;
  • Enhance processes to adapt to evolving production challenges;
  • Initiate problem-solving efforts, develop control plans, and monitor PFMEA activities;
  • Establish risk monitoring procedures;
  • Drive innovation and deliver sustainable solutions to refine and standardize PFMEA methodologies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Technical expertise, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing setting;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent ability to influence others;
  • Recognized for attention to detail, structured approach, and independence;
  • Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities;
  • Proficient in problem-solving and adaptable to change;
  • Open-minded and skilled at navigating ambiguity.
