We are seeking a dedicated PFMEA Quality Analyst to join our operations quality team. This position plays a crucial role in product and process innovation through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee PFMEA initiatives from the design phase through to production, ensuring effective implementation of risk mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise innovative solutions aimed at eliminating identified risks at their source;
  • Assess and prioritize risks, providing clear justifications for their resolution;
  • Enhance processes to adapt to evolving production demands;
  • Initiate problem-solving efforts, develop control plans, and monitor PFMEA activities;
  • Establish risk tracking methodologies;
  • Drive innovation and deliver sustainable solutions to standardize PFMEA practices.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical expertise with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing setting;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong influencing capabilities;
  • Recognized for attention to detail, structured thinking, and independence;
  • Outstanding analytical and synthesis abilities;
  • Proficient in problem-solving and adaptable to change;
