About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PFMEA Quality Analyst to join our Operations Quality team at BRP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading PFMEA activities from design to production, ensuring that risk reduction activities are carried out correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead PFMEA activities to identify and mitigate risks in product and process development.
  • Mobilize stakeholders to develop new approaches to substantiate assessed risks and eliminate them at source.
  • Prioritize risks and provide justification for their resolution.
  • Improve processes to counter new production realities and ensure they work properly.
  • Initiate problem-solving, control plan creation, and follow-up arising from PFMEA.
  • Implement risk monitoring processes.
  • Innovate and provide sustainable solutions to develop and standardize PFMEA and monitoring practices.
Requirements
  • Technical bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline/experience.
  • Two to five years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, excellent influencing skills.
  • Recognized for rigour, structure, and autonomy.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Capacity to work in French on a daily basis.
  • Openness and ability to navigate uncertainty.
