JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a PFMEA Quality Analyst to join our Operations Quality team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in product and process development through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearhead PFMEA activities from design through to production, ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Engage stakeholders by creating innovative methods to validate assessed risks and address them at the source through design modifications.
  • Assess and prioritize risks, providing comprehensive justifications for their resolution.
  • Enhance our operational processes to adapt to evolving production challenges (logistics, mixed models, etc.) and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Initiate problem-solving efforts, develop control plans, and monitor outcomes stemming from the PFMEA.
  • Establish and maintain risk monitoring protocols.
  • Drive innovation and deliver sustainable solutions to advance and standardize PFMEA practices, positioning our team as a center of excellence.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A technical bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Between two to five years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence others effectively.
  • Recognized for attention to detail, structured thinking, and independence.
  • Exceptional analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in French for daily communication.
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability in navigating uncertainty.
