Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Consultant to conceptualize, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software testing, automation frameworks, and architectural design, along with hands-on experience in tools such as Tricentis Tosca and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools utilizing Tricentis Tosca and Selenium.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ascertain testing requirements.
  • Create and execute detailed automated testing plans and scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated testing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members on best practices in automated testing across various technology stacks, including web UI, mainframe, API, Salesforce, and desktop applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca.
  • Certification in Tosca AS1 & AS2, TDS1 & TDS2 is mandatory.
  • Desirable certifications include Tosca AE1 & AE2 TA 1.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Thorough understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and Bitbucket.

Experience with Tricentis Tosca should include:

  • Model-based test automation.
  • Test data management.
  • Service virtualization.
  • Integration with CI/CD pipelines.
