Lead Quality Assurance Analyst for Automated Testing with Selenium

S I Systems is in search of a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst specializing in the development of test cases and the execution of automated testing utilizing Selenium.

This role offers an initial contract with potential for extension or permanent placement, incorporating a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of requirements and project scope.
  2. Design, develop, and implement high-quality automated test cases that are reusable across strategic systems.
  3. Oversee and maintain existing test suites and associated data to ensure functionality and currency.
  4. Generate test matrices and comprehensive reports for various team meetings, including those with management.
  5. Create essential documentation (such as Test Strategies) in alignment with organizational standards and procedures, ensuring both functional and regression coverage for various testing stages.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation related to testing and test automation, including user lists, environments, and test data.
  7. Provide mentorship in various aspects of QA and test automation, fostering team collaboration and acting as a resource for colleagues.
  8. Offer technical guidance and maintain productive relationships with project leads and other internal stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to the achievement of collective goals and nurturing positive working relationships.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate risks regarding the team's ability to meet deadlines.
  11. Challenge existing processes and propose enhancements for improved efficiency.
  12. Work closely with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, and other project team members, facilitating discussions and meetings related to test automation.
  13. Serve as a backup for team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst .
  2. Proven experience in automated testing using Selenium (Java) .

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication skills in both English and French.
