Position Overview

As a member of our dynamic enterprise applications team, you will report to the Lead Systems Analyst, focusing primarily on Yardi Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, test, and implement features, modules, plug-ins, and enhancements for Yardi.
  • Utilize business analysis methodologies to gather, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate IT's comprehension of business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT colleagues to troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Create custom SQL reports and reporting packages as required for accounting and property management.
  • Work with third-party software and service providers to develop automated integrations and RPA processes.
  • Assist with Yardi conversions for new property acquisitions and setups.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Yardi, ideally in Senior Living, focusing on Property Management & Accounting, CRM, EHRx, and related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Project Management and Business Analysis principles.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server databases, SSRS, and Yardi report writing.
  • Understanding of Senior Living, basic accounting principles, or both.
  • Experience with Yardi 7S core, Voyager Senior Housing, and other related platforms is advantageous.
  • Any exposure to Salesforce or UIPath is considered a plus.
