Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans for residents
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on healthcare needs and management
- Maintain Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification and stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills in healthcare
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program
- Active registration with the BCCNM
- Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
