Infoblox is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic Cloud Engineering team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our SaaS product line by collaborating with data scientists and product teams to refine and manage critical data for our cutting-edge cloud offerings.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Curating vast datasets from diverse sources to fuel research and development initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing robust storage solutions for data warehouses, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Continuously monitoring data sources for any changes or anomalies, guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining APIs that facilitate seamless data integration and retrieval across various systems.
  • Leveraging advanced computer science algorithms to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Translating prototypes into production-ready data engineering solutions, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Providing invaluable support to data scientists and product teams in the development and deployment of innovative applications.
  • Constructing tools for automation, deployment, monitoring, and operations, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Creating and executing comprehensive test plans using automated tools, guaranteeing the quality and stability of data pipelines.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • 12+ years of experience in Python3 programming, including 2+ years with Spark.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in data engineering and related fields.
  • 3+ years of expertise in SQL with modern relational databases.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing ETL pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse data warehouse.
  • Proficiency in Object Oriented Design and S.O.L.I.D principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS products and services.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
