About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Platform team in the US & Canada. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for owning feature development from analysis to execution for our Customer Master Data Management solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, and test applications using Java, Springboot Microservices, and AWS technologies.
  • Develop platform applications using cloud technologies, including Kafka, Kubernetes, and automated test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive the delivery and execution of features, utilizing technical acumen and team leadership skills.
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
  • ~10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a Senior Software Engineer or tech Lead role.
  • Hands-on experience with designing IT solutions, including modeling, business requirements gathering/analysis, and systems analysis.
  • Ability to prepare specifications and reports, deliver oral presentations, and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
