Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team at OpenRoad Honda Richmond. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting new business, and selling new and pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by determining each prospective client's vehicle needs
- Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate vehicles (including test drives)
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and stay up-to-date on technological changes
- Participate in product training and use closing techniques effectively
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with others
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized system
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Current VSA MDC License and valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record
