We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at the City of Ottawa's Long Term Care facility. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the nursing units, including maintaining accurate records and files
- Assist with the planning and coordination of resident care activities and programs
- Develop and implement administrative operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Use microcomputers and software to manage records, track policies and procedures, and perform other administrative tasks
- Completion of Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience, with 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care or Health Administration setting
- Strong knowledge of office and administrative management practices, records management, and project management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
