About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Harvesting Labourer to join our team at THE HUNGRY VEGAN HOUSE INC. as a Farming and Horticulture Specialist. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective harvesting and maintenance of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Harvesting: Harvest crops in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal waste and maximum yield.
  • Cultivation and Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain crops, including planting, irrigating, and monitoring for pests and diseases.
  • Field Preparation: Prepare fields for planting, including clearing debris and leveling the soil.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate farm equipment, including tractors and harvesters, to facilitate efficient harvesting and cultivation.
  • Quality Control: Inspect crops for quality and grade, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring manual labor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
