Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting crops, including vegetables and fruits, and ensuring they are of high quality. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvest crops, including vegetables and fruits, to ensure high quality and quantity.
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as required.
  • Monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced agricultural environment, with exposure to various weather conditions. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
