Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting crops, including vegetables and fruits, and ensuring they are of high quality. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvest crops, including vegetables and fruits, to ensure high quality and quantity.
  • Monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Apply fertilizers and spray crops to promote healthy growth.
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume.
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Examine product for quality and readiness for market.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with exposure to various weather conditions. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
