Job Title: Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Actionmarguerite.

Job Summary:

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and developing programs for patients with various physical and functional impairments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical and functional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Current active registration and licensure with the College of Physiotherapist of Manitoba
  • Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is recommended
  • Experience in extended care rehabilitation is an asset
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages (French and English) is required
