Job Title: Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our rehabilitation services personnel to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Current active registration and licensure with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba
  • Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is recommended
  • Experience in extended care rehabilitation is an asset
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively. The Physiotherapist must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Travel between sites may be required.
