About the Role

Graham is seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance and Turnaround division, you will be responsible for leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and clients to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High school graduation and completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school.
  • Certification in Health and Safety, or a safety designation is an asset.
  • 2-3 years of experience in safety or a related field.
  • Understanding of how HSE MS systems work.
  • Understanding of general constructability.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and online reporting software.
