Ideal Candidate Profile:Possesses a high level of mechanical and technical expertise, as this is a hands-on supervisory role.Holds a Journeyperson ticket in Heavy Duty or Agricultural mechanics, or has equivalent experience and education.Exhibits strong written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrates basic to medium computer literacy.Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 50lbs to navigate around equipment safely.Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with a tolerance for fumes or odors.Willingness to obtain a Forklift operations safety certificate.
