About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals through our secured and unsecured loan products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to determine the suitability of our financial products for customers.
  • Product Education and Sales: Educate customers on the features and benefits of our financial products and facilitate sales to meet customer needs.
  • Collections and Account Management: Manage collections activities for past due accounts and work with customers to develop payment plans.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English: Must be fluently bilingual in both languages.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is required.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
