Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Language Program Coordinator** to oversee and enhance our English language learning initiatives at My CELL. This role involves a blend of educational expertise and administrative skills to ensure the effective delivery of language programs.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

The position is set within a **business and industry** context, focusing on the development of language skills for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to inform program development.
  • Perform essential administrative duties to support program operations.
  • Evaluate existing curriculum programs and suggest enhancements.
  • Create teaching materials and resources to facilitate effective program delivery.
  • Prepare educational texts, research papers, or articles to contribute to the field.
Policy and Program Experience
  • Experience with continuing education or adult learning.
  • Familiarity with programs for foreign or exchange students.
